This trio of partners include: Paul Nicaj, former Director of Restaurants and Catering for 28 years and for the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts at the Pierre Hotel for 6 years. He has operated a number of restaurants and banquet operations in conjunction with Donald Trump and currently the Managing Partner of Battery Gardens located on the waterfront in Battery Park.

Edward Villafane, managing partner gained his 24 years of experience from places like the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, The Oyster Bar in the Plaza Hotel, The Rosewood Hotels in the Caribbean.

Joseph Villafane, Managing Partner, began his "love affair" with the food & beverage industry when he was 11 years old.  A graduate of The Institute of Culinary Education, Joseph has held the position of Director of facilities for the Glazer Group with places like Michael Jordan's Steak House, The Strip House, Bridgewater's and the Monkey Bar.
