We, the owners, have always enjoyed staying at B&B’s while on vacation. Now they have brought that experience to the city they love.

They  took note of what we liked about the intimacy of B&B’s and the convenience of nice hotels to create what we like to call the “Urban B&B,” or the best of both worlds. The creation of this concept has been 20 years in the making, from the collecting of antiques and artifacts to constantly hosting guests at our former home on Long Island. In 1998 the Fisherman family fully renovated and restored a 19th Century Townhouse that was originally a single family home. We left the exposed brick on some of the walls, installed modern bathrooms and even added an elevator for the convenience of our guests. Chelsea is such a lovely, dynamic, and diverse district and we are proud to be part of its revival. Family heirlooms, antiques, photographs and an eclectic art collection—springing from Annette’s former life as a gallery owner—enliven both common and individual rooms.
